Meet Casper Bester, the awesome brain behind Strandveld Adventures. Casper's journey as a seasoned trails guide began in 2016, and his expertise has spanned the diverse landscapes of Kwazulu-Natal, the Little Karoo, and now the captivating Overberg region.
Since 2021, Casper has called Stanford home, where he not only manages holiday accommodations but also plays the crucial role of our local snake catcher.
His deep-rooted connection to this area makes him an invaluable part of our community, ready to share his knowledge and ensure everyone's safety.
Alana

Originally from King Williams Town in the Eastern Cape, Alana has proudly called Stanford her home since 2019. With a background in Civil Engineering and ongoing studies toward a National Diploma in Tourism Management from UNISA, Alana brings her passion for exploration and learning to the Strandveld Adventures team.

Themba
Themba Mangali is your dedicated guide to the stunning Overberg. Originally from the Eastern Cape, Themba has called Stanford home since 2000.
With a background in security and local governance, he gained a special understanding of community and responsibility. However, it was his time in nature that profoundly moved him.
Today, we're excited to introduce Themba as a part of the Strandveld Adventures team. His love for Stanford's history and the hidden gems of the Overberg region is evident. As your guide, he's not just a leader; he's here to inspire and educate, making your experience truly special.
